Bernardo Dantas Rodenburg acted as an attorney at Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão Advogados, and as an associate of the Opportunity Equity Partners Ltd. private equity fund. He earned an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Bernardo Dantas Rodenburg founded Libra Nutrição Animal in 2013, and still acts as a Director. He has been a partner at Leste Private Equity since 2014, and a member of the Boards of Directors of Bluefit, Fábrica de Bolo Vó Alzira, Go Work Coworking, CREB Centro de Reumatologia e Ortopedia, and Qualicorp Consultoria e Corretora de Seguros S.A.

Felipe Ribenboim Dale has more than 14 years of experience with Private Equity, Equity Research, and Portfolio Management. After having worked at Banco BTG Pactual and XP Investimentos, he was a partner of Távola Capital from 2012 to 2015. He has been a partner at Leste Private Equity since 2015. In addition to being a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, he is also a Board member of Conseg Consórcios, Fábrica de Bolo Vó Alzira, and Go Work Coworking. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from PUC-Rio, and a Master’s degree in Finance from the London Business School;

João Moisés de Oliveira acted as a Department Director at Banco Bradesco S.A. from 1992 to 2000, and was the CEO of (i) Bradespar S.A., from 2002 to 2012; (ii) Elétron S.A., from 2002 to 2004; (iii) Bradesplan Participações S.A., from 2002 to 2012, and acted in the other companies of Organização Bradesco. João Moisés de Oliveira was also a member of the Boards of Directors of: Ancor – Associação Nacional das Corretoras de Valores; Autotrac Comércio e Telecomunicações S.A.; COFAP – Companhia Fabricadora de Peças; Companhia Siderúrgica Belgo-Mineira; Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional – CSN; COM – Comunicações, Processamento e Mecanismos de Automação Ltda.; Indústrias Romi S.A.; Mahle Metal Leve S.A.; Newtechnos Catalisadores Automotivos Ltda.; São Paulo Alpargatas S.A.; Tele Celular Sul Participações S.A.; Tele Nordeste Celular S.A.; Tigre S.A. Caio Fiuza Silva earned a bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering and a Master’s degree in Production Engineering from UFRJ. Since 2019, he has been the CEO of Ton, and also acted as COO of Stone Pagamentos from 2017 to 2019. He founded Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão (IEG) in 2008, Sintesi in 2015, and Visagio in 2002.

Katia Martins Costa earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from PUC-SP and has a graduate degree in Macroeconomics. She is currently a Resource Manager at R Cap Asset Management Ltda., and was a founder and Risk and Compliance Director of HS Asset Management Ltda. She was also a member of the Boards of Directors of Gera Maranhão – Geradora de Energia do Norte S.A., Satipel/Duratex S.A., and Vanguarda S.A. (currently Terra Santa S.A.). She was a Director of the consumer goods and product development areas at Webb Consultoria, E-Business, and Outsourcing, having worked at Grupo Unilever from 1991 to 2002.

Filippe Luna Savoia has been acting at the Company since 2017 as Operating Director and is currently the Company’s CEO. Filippe Luna Savoia is also a partner at Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão (IEG) and co-founder and administrator of Sintesi Estratégia e Gestão.

Guilherme Pereira Alves has worked at the Company since 2017 and was a Chief Financial Officer at Rituals Brasil from 2015 to 2016, and Executive Finance Manager at HS Investimentos from 2011 to 2015.

Fabio Guterres earned an undergraduate degree in Physical Education, a graduate degree in Administration and Marketing from Gama Filho University, and an MBA in Business Management from FGV. He has been working at the Company since 2015, was a General Manager at Fit in Company from 2014 to 2016, and also at For Life Academia from 2013 to 2014. From 2010 to 2013, he was a Unit Manager and, then, a Facilities Manager at Monday Academia.

He earned a degree in Business Administration and Accounting from PUC-SP, and a degree in Advertising and Marketing from Mackenzie University. Artur worked as a Corporate Finance consultant at PwC from 2012 to 2014, was an Expansion Consultant at Via Varejo from 2014 to 206, and a General Expansion and Work Manager at Grupo Avenida until 2020. In 2021, he started working at Bluefit as Expansion Director.

Since 2019, he has been the CEO of Ton, and also acted as COO of Stone Pagamentos from 2017 to 2019. He founded Instituto de Engenharia de Gestão (IEG) in 2008, Sintesi in 2015, and Visagio in 2002.

Ronaldo Aparecido Mazarini earned an undergraduate degree in Economics from the Sant’Anna University (São Paulo) and a graduate degree in Marketing and Administration with a Business concentration by ESPM. He has recognized experience in corporate accounting matters, having joined the O Estado de São Paulo newspaper in June 1986 and leaving it in 2006 as a treasury manager. Further, he was a Financial Manager at Roland Brasil LTDA, and later a Financial and Treasury Director at JHSF Participações S.A. Over his career, Mr. Mazarini has led structured fundraising and hedging operations in Brazilian and foreign markets. He is currently the Administrative and Finance Director of HS Investimentos S.A., which is part of the Grupo Ligna.
